I usually do 4-4.5 hours of cardio and eat at my TDEE-20, but this week I just did 1.5 hours of cardio and still ate at my tdee-20 this whole week.
Do you think I kind of messed up somehow with the weight loss..since I still ate at my tdee-20 which is calculated with the exercise included?
