breastfeeding calorie counting
I've been eating a 1700 calorie diet the past few weeks and haven't seen much of a change physically. I'm breastfeeding, and 5'3. Should I go lower? I'm also working out 5-6 days a week.

Im on day 4 of ripped in 30 and would love to see some before and after pictures! I've tried searching for them but there doesn't seem to be a lot in comparison to the 30DS. Thanks everyone!

staying on track
I did horrible this week. My husband was home from work and we ate out a ton. Its nobody's fault but my own but its so hard to say no when he suggest all this delicious food lol. the lower belly pudge
It haunts me since I gave birth. My lower belly is my biggest problem area right now. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? Im currently on 30DS and eating around 1500-1800 cals a day because I breastfeed.

I would love to see some positive success stories of women after giving birth. Im feeling a little discouraged like im never getting my old body back lol. Also please post what you did to get there :)

not seeing results
I just started working out again since giving birth, and decided to do the 30 day shred since it seems to have such good results. Im not seeing much of an improvement though. I just started day one of lv 3 today. I am breastfeeding still so I have to watch that I always eat enough, and im probably eating more than I should…
