Getting sick while working out!
I have been attending a step class for about 3 months now and today at the end of my workout (beginning of cool down), I got so hot to the point where my instructor took me to the bathroom and I got sick, a lot. I have three boys, 6 years a younger and when I give them horse rides or play airplane, or simply tickle fighting, I feel more tired than if I was to work out for a half hour and sometimes longer. Is it important to get enough sleep when dieting? I have been trying to lose wait and only lost ten pounds so far and I am curious to know if it may be caused from lack of sleep. Thank you.

Calorie intake
I am trying to loose weight; I diet and I exercise almost daily. Am I suppose to stay at 1200 calories whether I work out or not? I am generally between 1200 and 1400. However, my daily reading states I am under my calorie goal. Please help!!!
