I can't stick to my calories.

Are they ok to eat even if you are already at your calorie goal? I'm really craving some pineapple but I don't want it to affect my diet.

Is this normal?
I started MFP (again) about 20 days ago. I put the weight I was at what I weighed at the drs which was more than what I had originally put. Anyways, my scales shows I'm losing about a lb a day. What is motivating you???
I need some mega motivation so I wanna hear why you want to lose weight. What are some good goals. What makes you discouraged and how do you get around it? I haven't seen my scale budge and it's effing depressing. >_<

dieting with anti-depressants
Is anyone else having trouble losing the weight brought on by anti-depressants? I find that my appetite increases significantly when I am on these pills. Does anyone have any advice on how to curb the cravings and fight the weight gain side affect?

My name is Amanda I'm 22 and I want to lose about 80 lbs. Just downloaded the app from itunes and hoping this will help. RIght now my goal is to eat 1200 calories per day and to exercise 3x per week. If anyone has any suggestions on any good indoor exercises that would be really helpful. Thinking about getting EA sports…
