Dizzy while running
Today and friend and I went for a walk/jog on a 5.2 miles trail and we're working on adding in more jogging. So today we did 3 .5 jogs and 2 .25 miles jogs (the trail is marked every 1/4 mile). When I started working out I could do 2 or 3 "real" pushups (as in on my toes not my knees) today I did 14 "real" pushups!! And that was at the end of my weights class- after I'd been lifting 8 lb dumbbells for almost 40 minutes!

Chocolate cake with diet soda
