Help! I am stuck......
So I have been back on my workout schedule and watching my calories, but for the last month I have been stuck at my weight. Someone told me when that happens you need to build up your metabolism more.....is this correct? Any other advise or tips on how to get past this wall I have hit. It is very frusrtrating. :ohwell:

HELP! I need some good ideas for snacks.
So in the middle of my work day I will start craving something sweet and of course I go for a mini candy bar or a cookie. Not a healthy snack :( So I am looking for any sweet healthy snacks to help my craving. Please share any ideas. Thanks!

This is my year!.....and Feeling good!
I have been taking Zumba since Oct of 2010 and been working out at my gym 5 days a week. I have lost about 10 lbs. It has been a long time since I have been determind and excited about working out. It is a good feeling. 20 more pounds to go!
