Trying Things That Scare You............Setting New Goals!

I took my first Barre Class this week! I am definitely not as strong as any of the people in the class so it was a struggle...but I LOVED the concept and the challenge.I felt soreness in muscles that I have never felt before. I will be attending again for sure! I am usually easily intimidated by classes like these but I am making this a personal goal to attend them regularly. I am also proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone.
