Hi, I had my first body scan today. Does anyone know how I interpret this to the micronaughts? Fitness pal says to lose weight I must consume 1200cal/day yet my body scan at resting rate is 1320cal/day which means I am not eating enough. Any tips?

here goes..... I love walking, after all it's most gentle on my bad knees BUT I will do it regularly (3 times a week) for about 5 weeks then stop unconsciously. How do you stay motivated? I don't think food is my answer as I eat fairly well. I have 10 kgs to loose and majority of that is around my thighs. How do you stay…
