Buddies please

I saw on another post that we can add buddies for motivation and support.
How do we do this and does anyone want to be my buddy so I have someone who will whoop my butt when I don't walk, to ask me why I didn't!
I love walking BUT am lazy or BUSY doing other stuff. All I need to start is 30-40 minutes a day.
I'm so desperate to lose weight and help my mind focus on uni and work and my hubby/kids.
