Staying on track

here goes.....

I love walking, after all it's most gentle on my bad knees BUT I will do it regularly (3 times a week) for about 5 weeks then stop unconsciously.

How do you stay motivated? I don't think food is my answer as I eat fairly well.

I have 10 kgs to loose and majority of that is around my thighs.

How do you stay motivated to continue walking?

    I'm a die hard walker myself. I guess for me I like the alone time, just me and my headphones (I have a four year old, so a little bit of peace goes a long way). I became even more motivated though once I got my treadmill - I had visibility of speed and distance and challenge myself to go faster and further now.
