Slush puppie/slush drink calories
Hi all, I've tried logging a slush puppie drink I had at cinema, think it was frutina but not sure. The problem I'm having is the calorie guides on here vary so wildly I have no way of knowing which one to log. I'm trying to follow reduced carbs so any help that doesn't just say calories would be brilliant. Can anyone help?

I finally got round to buying new scales!

Headaches and thirsty!
I've started eating more carefully, within calorie allowance to lose 2lb a week and walking more. I have noticed a week or so in that I am constantly thirsty and getting headaches. Why is this? I haven't changed my caffeine intake (2-4 cups of coffee a day) and don't drink fizzy drinks often. Any suggestions/explanations…

Striiv - walked less but burnt more calories???
Today I noticed that even though I walked less today that Striiv was saying I burnt more calories. Why is this and do I trust that it is right? Has anyone else noted this?
