Premium - how's it working for you?
I'm not new to FitnessPay, but I am new the Premium version. I haven't totally gotten into it yet, but I'm wondering if you find it worth while. What benefit are you getting from it? How has it helped you? compared to regular version.

Without walking I'd like to train for a 5k jogging all the way. I found a program to help me but I noticed I'm hungry more and don't know how to adjust my diet. Do I need more protein or carbs? So far I've lost 53 pounds with exercise and watching my diet. Our trainer encourages a ratio of high protein, low carbs & low salt. Too much sodium
Today I went over my sodium quota without adding salt to my meals. I'm trying hard to keep it down but its difficult, anything processed contains too much. Incorrect Bar Code Scan
Watch out - I scanned FAGE fat free plan yogurt and it came up FAGE Total Honey @170 calories. This has happened to me before when I scanned something and came up something else. Moral of the story...watch the results of your scanned product.
