I met my goal of losing 67 pounds at 67 yrs old. I set a new goal of 3 pounds to round up my total weight loss of 70 pounds; by starting a walk\jog interval program. I've been at it for 2 months with no change in my weight.
I still continue to go to the gym 3x week and walk\jog 3xweek. As of today I can jog 3 miles (not consecutive- 1 miles w/o stopping) and walk fast between miles.
I'm still watching my food and counting with MyFitnessPal daily. So I don't get it. I thought by
now I would be down 3 more pounds.

Maybe switch up your routine b/c your body is use to the same exercises. I would incorporate weights, lunges, squats, using rubber bands, etc.0

Perhaps instead of a weight goal, you could consider a body composition goal. More LBM, less BF, and damn the overall number what the scale tells you.0

Do you measure all food with a scale? Most people underestimate their intake.0
