67# weight loss, 3 days @gym = new goal 5K

Without walking I'd like to train for a 5k jogging all the way. I found a program to help me but I noticed I'm hungry more and don't know how to adjust my diet. Do I need more protein or carbs? What should my nutrition look like for 3 days at the gym and practice jogging 3 days a week at age 68.

Side note- gym work outs consist of HIIT, Cardio, Endurance & Strength alternate weeks.
