FitBit Calories v MFP Calories
Hi, I've tried searching for this answer but can't find it!!! I got the FitBit app for my iPhone yesterday, it works off the motion sensors in the phone so I just stick it in my pocket and off I go. Stopping smoking
I really want to quit - I've just done a week without a cig but finding it harder than ever, thing is everyone in my social circle smoke - including my husband and I can't shut myself off from him!! It's the social side I'm struggling with, not the actual nicotine - any suggestions?!?

Ok, so do I go by the macros set on here or the ones I got from iifym.com? I'm starting to stress about it and it's driving me nuts - one is a lot higher protein than the other. I want to get this right and not spend time doing it wrong - please help me

Gall Bladder removed - macros help please!!!
Hi! I had my gall bladder removed nearly 9 years ago, since then I struggle after eating fatty foods etc. my macros are currently set at carbs 50% fat 30% protein 20% - this is what mfa set for me. I'm thinking I should definitely up the protein - was hoping someone could help with this please?

Percentage of food groups
In really simple, straight forward terms how do I work out how much protein, carbs and fat my diet should consist of? Have done so many daft diets over the years I've just ended up confused! Thanks :)
