In really simple, straight forward terms how do I work out how much protein, carbs and fat my diet should consist of? Have done so many daft diets over the years I've just ended up confused! Thanks

Went to iifym.com/tdee-calculator after inputting details it suggested 20% carb, 35% fat and 45% protein - although I had to guess my body fat so over estimated to be on the safe side - does this sound about right?!?!0
