I started 6/11/2013 and normal is about 5 days I started the program a week after the 11th and on days that I lift my friend keeps showing up not full blown but its still here and its been almost 3 weeks I have drs appt today but wondering if anyone else had a situation like this?? TIA

I have read the book but have no idea what Im reading please help me. I have no idea on what to do for the work outs. It say Day 1 work oout A Suqats but they show alot of different squats what do I do?????????? Feeling overwhelmed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lemon Cumumber Mint Water?
I seen this "detox" drink on pintrest and it just say to make a galon of water add the iteams and it will be good. Any one else dink this?

Feet.......
Any ideas on how to keep the swelling down. Sodium is a problem of mine and I am woking on that but even of days where I dont have anything high in sodium and have exceeded my water goal my feet are still puffy :( any ideas on things to try?

I bought 4 pairs of capris last year and I would wear them b/c I felt they were to tight I tryed them on and they are nice and loose and fit perfect. Yes same size but they fit comfortably cant wait til they are to big :)

Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken
Boneless Skin less chicken 1tlb honey 3 fresh limes juiced 1 cup fresh cilantro Garlic cloves choped Salt and pepper to taste Mix it all together let it set for 30min Grill and enjoy. I Searved mine with wild rice
