How do I make it stop....
Since I have started on MFP all I can think about is food. I have reached my goal weight, but I literally think about when I can put the next morsel of food in my mouth. What do I do now?
Ok, so I have been at the same weight for about 2 months now about 5 pounds shy of what I set for my goal. I feel like my body is just not going to give me the last 5 pounds. Early morning exercise

I am feeling ok to get through my work out but I can tell I am hungry by the time I get home. Is it best to work out on an empty stomach or should I be eating beforehand? If so, what should I eat?

Completely overwhelmed! Help
Ok, so i would like to lose about 15 pounds. Over the last two months I have been lifting and cardio 5 days a week and have only lost 3 pounds. I am not sure if I am eating too much or too little. One website tells me to eat 1500-1800 calories and this website tells me 1200 depending on exercise. I am sure this question…
