Eggs, How do you like yours? I eat one a day and am looking for some new ideas. Here's what I do often: HB with a bit of dijonnaise (mash together) on toast Poached over rice or potatoes Fried in a breakfast sandwich Also, any ideas on cooking eggs for a week in advance (besides HB'ing them)? I usually wake up hungry and have been using espresso as an appetite suppressant until I can get to breakfast. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk for a little filler. I was curious if anyone else has a 'non-diet pill' appetite suppressant trick.

MFP Calorie Counter
I just discovered that you could negatively count calories in MFP. I want to make a recipe but omit the EVOO. I entered the EVOO as -.05 TBS (per serving) and it deducted 60 calories and 7g of fat. That rocks!!!! It will make it so easy to swap ingredients !!!
