This! And I found that a lot of my problem actually was coming from my tight hamstrings. Stretching the hamstrings and calves helped while being careful not to overstretch the Achille's tendon.

What a wonderful way to say I love you! Nothing is better that the gift of health.

I'm about to hit #3 soon. Cardio & yoga in the early morning, brisk walk at lunch and CrossFit at night. I don't do it daily but feel pretty accomplished after I do it. Plus, if something fun pops up I don't feel so obligated to workout knowing i've already put some time in.
