    sour patch kids and skittles. You want to stay away from fruit, it has the wrong kind of sugar.

    Also, don't forget that here in the south we know how to deep fry everything and it's never hurt nobody, so don't be afraid of the following deep fried goodies: butter, oreos, snickers, twinkies (do they still even have those), really just use your imagination.

    Eat the above directly following a heaping plate of pulled pork barbeque (I favor the Lexington style), hush puppies/fries/onion rings, and ketchup based slaw.

    You'll thank me tomorrow.

    :happy: Pack on the protein and carbs. Have a protein shake twice a day. Learn to love carbs. Just because you are trying to gain weight doesnt mean you should eat super fatty foods like ice cream or fast food..

    It's a lot milder, but it doesn't restart your metabolism as well.

    Have you thought about concentrating more on your workout than your diet? If you aren't gaining weight, you aren't gaining muscle. When was the last time you did a big change around on your workout? Swap things up big time for 2-3 weeks, then hit your regular workout hard again.
