awesome! So how do you get the ramen to stay together?
I got my hands on some fresh ramen at the asian market, gave it a quick boil, let it cool, added some potato starch and egg whites as a binder and fried them up in a ring mold0 -

Depends on your level of comfort in the kitchen. If you can make a basic bechamel, and can whip egg whites to stiff peaks you're good to go.
PS: no pic quoting next time please. It causes the thread to fill up with duplicates0 -

made one of my favorite afternoon snacks and decided to use it as an excuse to practice my photography a little. one honeycrisp apple cut into bite sized pieces and tossed with a couple of tablespoons of creamy peanut butter. i used to just eat them as sliced and dip them into the pb, but this way lets me shovel them into my face even faster so it's a win.

Your posts always make me want toast, might have to have some!0 -
i made some broccoli cheddar quiche-ish things. unfortunately the crust recipe i used didn't make enough to fill all my ramekins so it just lines the bottom. we each had one with a salad and it was pretty good, but i need a better crust recipe next time.

We opted for a light lunch yesterday (a heavy dinner was planned). I made a chive and cheddar cheese souffle. Came out SOO delicious!
