the blue meth i made out of sugar:
taste tester cupcake with all of the elements together. vanilla cake baked on a sugar cookie crust (not really visible because it happens to be the same color as the cake) with a fluffy vanilla buttercream and blue sugar rocks.

Bulletproof Gelatin coffee
10g Butter/Coconut oil, 6g gelatin.
How does that taste?
I did BP coffee for a while, but I have since cut out the butter....no need for the trans fat.....
But gelatin?
How does that work out?0 -

I believe pic quotes are generally frowned upon, but anyway, the gelatin gives the coffee the most amazing consistency. Nice and thick, which, combined with the fats, makes it thick, kinda like a warm coffee thick shake. Takes at least half an hour to drink, for me, anyway.
I don't know why you'd take out the butter, I find that stuff makes the coffee delicious.

"Cookie dough" Kiwiyo.
Burger Fuel's Gluten free "Bacon Backfire"
First burger I've had in ages. Was actually delicious, I credit both the maker of the burger and the baker of the buns.

Well, with butter, you have the whole trans-fat issue.....
And potentially a cholesterol bomb waiting to go off.....
So for me, I will err on the side of caution with this one.0 -

BUMP - Amazing thread guys, I'd also love the salmon negamaki recipe if possible and also the osso buco?
Also wondering if people can help. I used to upload photos from Flikr all the time on here, but since they changed the format I've not yet been able to suss out how to do it? Any ideas if it's still possible to do that or do I need a photobucket account instead. Frustrating!
Happy Sunday munching everyone :-)0 -

So all you do is add butter and gelatin to the coffee? Do you add any cream or sugar too?0 -

BP Coffee is either MCT oil or Coconut oil, with Butter added in (Grass fed butter is the recommended)
And it is best to use a blender or hand blender to mix it in.....just stirring doesn't work so well.
no sugar is added.0 -
