Just kidding! It's just that your meals look so damn tempting but I know for a fact that I will never burn as much calories as you do to allow myself this kind of food on a regular basis...:grumble:

Needed a snack to take to work so i bad these gluten free ham n cheese muffins, Not the prettiest looking but man they are good.
1/2 cup gluten free flour
teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/3ish light cheese
1 tablespoon of sour cream ( the recipe i followed used oil so i swap it)
1/4 cup light milk
50g Ham
Not the lowest in cals but 8 grams of delish cheesy protein!
Edit: i also only had heart shaped tins
And my fav again, Lamb forequarter chop with mint sauce and green salad!0 -
