I absolutely LOVE breakfast....so here are 2 of this week's recipes.
1) Cauliflower Corned Beef Hash: 328 cals, 23g Carbs, 14g Fats, and 28g Protein
2) Today I made salted "caramel" apple protein pancakes! The caramel sauce is made from dates, nuts and a few other ingredients. I think its probably better than a bunch of sugar and heavy whipping cream. 304 cals, 33g Carbs, 8g Fats, 25g Protein

450 calories breakfast. One serving of ouef en cocotte plus 2 slices of whole bread with smoked salmon and Philadelphia light spread. Yum! Yum! Yum!
Caesar salad with homemade dressing. The whole salad was 200 calories.
Big bowl of greek yogurt with chunks of strawberries and some rye flakes.

I find you don't have to be precise with the measurements and you can add things such as desiccated cocunut, raisins etc. On those shown in the picture I used ground oats and smooth peanut butter so it's more like fudge. I also melted a bar of dark chocolate over the top because well why not?!0 -

Nutella and banana french toast "ravioli" with a nutella cream sauce in a maple syrup foam ("Ravioli" was rolled out bread, then the whole thing was dunked in french toast custard before pan frying)

This was my lunch today.
Grilled chicken, seasoned with olive oil and curry powder, with a spinach, romaine and cucumber salad. The dressing is greek yogurt with garlic, parsley and pureed cucumber.
It was DELICIOUS.
