Girl Question
Ok so since I started dieting and exercising I have been getting extremely long and painful periods twice a month lasting up to 10 days. It is causing me so much pain and fatigue and irritability that I just don't know what to do. What could be the cause of this and when will my periods go back to normal???

Trouble with my goal weight.

I have been eating 1200 calories a day now for the past two weeks. I lost 6 pounds in the first two and about 1.5 pounds in the last. I have been jogging about 3.3 miles 5 times a week which burns about 415 calories each workout. However I am two pounds heavier today than I was two days ago. I haven't cheated on the diet…
