CRAVINGS!!

Ok, what are some good ways to beat cravings?? I was doing so well for two weeks and by the third the cravings started to kick in and HARD!! It got to the point where I've been giving into those cravings because they've been so bad. What are some sure ways to beat those cravings?? Or maybe even satisfy them without packing on the calories or leaving me to crave even more???
