NEED MOTIVATION
I was doing really great for like 4 months logging every day and then got really busy at work this past month and have stopped and need motivation to get back on track with things. HELP!

GI problems and running
So this might be TMI but.... i have been running for about 5 years now and things going fine. Up until the last 2 weeks when i go for longer runs ( 6-10 miles) afterwards i get really bad stomach pains and then " the runs". Does anyone know a cure or what i can do differently? I am suppose to run a half marathon in 6 weeks…

If i have plataued...
So if i have stopped losing weight and need to jump start things should i be eating more protein? I am working out 6 days a week and switched up my routine but still have to run alot cause training for a half however i have noticed in the last couply of days i have gone over my protein count by quite a few.

Which is better?
So I am curious ...I know you want your carb, fat and protein to be closest to 0 as possible but sometimes that just doesnt happen. So..It is better to have calories left and 0 carbs, fat and protein or to eat all your calories and be over in the other?

So...I have not lost or gained anything in the last month. My measurements have stayed the same and I am really frustrated. I have to loose 1 more inch in my waist and 7 lbs to fit into my wedding dress in 2 month. Does anyone have any good advice to kick start my body again? So --i just had a baby 6 months ago and need to lose that last 10 lbs to get into my wedding dress. I feel like i am stuck and can't get past it. Does any body have any pointers or food ideas to help me? :huh:

looking for breakfast ideas
Does anyone have any good breakfast ideas for quick meals in the am that taste good , low calories and keep you full. I am a working mom who has to get my kids ready in the am and have 5-10 min to get myself breakfast before out the door. Any ideas would help. Remember: One day at a time!
