NEED MOTIVATION

I was doing really great for like 4 months logging every day and then got really busy at work this past month and have stopped and need motivation to get back on track with things. HELP!

This sounds exactly like myself except for in addition I found easter candy and have slowed down on exercise with busy days. I so want to get back on track also. Remember it is very good to see a log of food and exercise. Seeing the numbers really helps me know I need to cut back or work out more. So my advice is to find time to log in as that is my modivation. Good luck on gearing back up!0
