I've been running up and down my stairs for 15 minutes a day (I do 4 sets of 15 for a total of 60 and I stop for water). When I type this in the exercise data base it says I'm burning 204 calories. I've been WAY over my sugar intake lately (-30's) but I do eat quite a lot of fruit and i'm generally good about not drinking soda and stuff like that. What should I do? Is eating this much sugar bad for my health?
