Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients-
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbs. plus 2 tsp butter, divided
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
4 large tomatoes, halved
1 Tbs chopped fresh basil
(You can take out center of tomato if desired)
Directions-
In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in 1 Tbs butter. Melt remaining butter, then combine the onion mixture, bread crumbs, and cheese. Spoon 2 Tbs onto each tomato half.
Place on baking sheet and broil for 8 in from the heat for 4-5 min or until lightly brown. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
