I can't figure out what I really weigh due to fluctuations ... What do you recommend?
The first week of April, I could tell I had gained weight. I could see it in my face and feel it in my clothes. Plus I had pneumonia in March and had very poor stamina as a result. Trying the "eating more" path!
I don't have a lot to lose; 10-15 stubborn pounds. As soon as I got close to 40, they appeared and have stuck around ever since! I tried starving, Nutri system (disgusting food), Weight Watchers (lost some but not all) and then a bunch of diet books such as "The Plan." Bottom line was none of it really worked. I would give…
