Eating back calories
I know there are 1,000's of post regarding this- I have seen that if you are heavy you do not need to eat back your calories because your body will not really go into starvation mode- it will get what is needed from your fat storage? Does this seem correct ?

Kind of a stupid NSV....
For the past few months I have been taking melatonin to fall asleep. I have worked out everyday this week and have not needed it ONCE ! By 10:30 I am passed out and I sleep amazing ! With the melatonin I would wake up around 4 and stay awake for about an hour. I love it !

My thighs feel super tight
I worked out hard last year lost 5 inches in each thigh. Then I completely stopped working out. I am back into it- but I am having the hardest time stretching my thighs ! I can't even sit back on me feet. I know I have to start streching daily, but has anyone else had this issue ? Help !

Weight gain but not eating 3500 calories
I am confused. How can you gain weight if you do not eat 3500 calories and work out? Yesterday I ate about 1400 calories and also worked out. I gained a 1lb. Is it muscle that I am gaining? Water?? How does this happen?

Biggest Loser Evaluation
I went for my Biggest Loser Evaluation yesterday. I am down 9%- total of 22 lbs of fat. Also my waist in an inch smaller. My hips down 3 inches and my thigh's are down 5 inces EACH !!! All of this in 7 weeks ! The scale may not show a huge loss but the measurements sure do !

Not meeting your calorie goal?
I am just wondering if it is bad to not meet your calorie goal (ie: not eating enough). When you look at messages and people do not meet their goal it seems like it is a good thing. I thought you need to somewhat meet your goal to lose weight. Am I crazy?

Amazed at how much I have to eat for recommended caloric int
Yesterday someone posted about how amazed they are with how many calories are in the food we eat (or used to eat). I am amazed that now I am eating healthy how much I can eat ! When I look at my calories and food intake at the end of the day I can't believe how much food is on there. I feel like I am eating all the time !

Hi I have been on the site for about a week now and I have to say that I LOVE IT ! I love how you can track everything including your exercise. I do have to say everyone is extremely nice and the site is easy to work. I am looking forward to ALL of us meeing our goals !
