So I have a neighbor who is constantly saying that she is so much better than her husbands ex girlfriends because they were "fat". Mind you I am pleasently plump. She seems to have this idea that because she is skinny she is a catch. Let me say this- the only thing she has going for her is her weight. The best was when she said to me "Someone like me should be married to a Dr or a lawyer."

So skinny girls are a catch and fat girls aren't ????

    It's all about the attitude and the inner self. At least for me. The more mean a person is, the less attractive they become.

    Well someone is a little over-confident in herself, isn't she?
    Normally, I'd just say that everyone is beautiful no matter the size, but people that think they are better than anyone because of superficial reasons like color or weight just genuinely bother me.

    But seriously... you gotta almost pity someone who puts her entire value as a person on her appearance. No matter who you are, you're going to get older and things are going to change. Then what are you left with? A skinny b-word with a sense of entitlement.

    Lol well I don't think she is all that bright..but in my experience I didn't get much attention when I was 390lbs.

    I think its got to be a total package and healthy well rounded people are more of a catch that overweight people or skinny *****es.

    I'm sorry but I'm sure most men see obesity as a negative factor in attraction. And personally I want a partner who can keep up with me now who is healthy as well..so "fat" isn't something I want either.

    Don't you hate some peoples' ignorance. I saw a bumper sticker once that said "I may be fat but I can always lose weight but you are just ugly and there is nothing that you can do about it"!
