I weigh myself every Monday, but I have my monthly. Should I weigh myself when it's done or should I weigh myself Monday and not worry if they scale didn't move?

Cheat Day.
Today my brother Birthday and my mom bought us churro's and eating it I went over my calories by 170 but now I feel guilty, should I? Is it okay to have cheat days at least once in a while.

I been having headaches and feeling lightheaded is there a reason? I don't think it's cause I eat bad or lack of water? It hard to get to the doctors with no insurance is there anything else I might try to make an improvement it has been the last couple of days.

This is what my home page reads: 926 CALORIES REMAINING Goal Food Exercise = Net 1,960 1,605 - 571 1034 I've been reading forums on and off. I want to know if my daily is 1960 and I ate 1,605 and I worked out today and got 571 my net is 1034 does that mean I have to eat more or is the 1,605 enough.

New to site, and new to loosing weight.
I was pretty skinny before my son, and I started packing on weight and that was a long time ago.
