I been having headaches and feeling lightheaded is there a reason? I don't think it's cause I eat bad or lack of water? It hard to get to the doctors with no insurance is there anything else I might try to make an improvement it has been the last couple of days.

It is hard to know with just a little information but lack of water can be a big one to cause headaches and dizziness. Also, if you just cut out some sort of food you used to eat all the time (pop, candy, etc) that can cause the headaches as well.

Under eating in general can cause both of these things as well. Make sure you are eating your recommended amount of calories and try eating smaller meals/snacks throughout the day to keep your blood sugar more level.

    Hope you feel better soon!

    Under eating will do it.

How much are you eating? Are you eating back the calories burned by exercise? That is the way this site is designed to be used.

Don't try to speed up the process by eating less. It doesn't work.

    Former Migraine sufferer here.

Lack of hydration, lack of food, and lack of sleep is the most common reason we get headaches.
Make sure those are in check first, If not go see a doc.

Well that was a picture before we were honoring a passing of a friend. I just made my dairy public so you can check it out. Maybe I'm just getting sick since it just started.

Looks like you are eating enough so that probably is not it unless you are waiting a long time between meals and having dips in your blood sugar.

Have you had your blood pressure checked like another person mentioned above? You can get it done for free at some pharmacies. High blood pressure can cause head aches and less often dizziness.

Well, you've been under eating for several days - by a total of a couple thousand calories. That will affect your energy, your moods, your hormones, your stress levels, your sleep, your blood pressure - - shall I go on?

Like we said. Eat the calories you are supposed to eat. Eat the calories you "earn" by your exercise. You cannot expect to feel good if you aren't eating. Your food choices aren't that important. Eat.

I get headaches in the summertime from the heat. I don't even realize I'm hot till I start getting a headache, then I turn the air conditioner on and I feel better.

If it continues please go to a MD. Find one that lets you pay what you can monthly or any ER has to take you regardless of ins.

ive had headaches the past few days.. i have stopped drinking coffee and thought it was just that, but i was reading these forums and followed a link re calorie intake, if your not having your minimum amount per day it can cause headaches too.

im no expert tho, just thought id mention it ;)
