Today my brother Birthday and my mom bought us churro's and eating it I went over my calories by 170 but now I feel guilty, should I? Is it okay to have cheat days at least once in a while.

Did you enjoy the churros? If so, no there's no reason to feel guilty. Just track it and move on. Your MFP set up has a deficit built in. All you did was lower that deficit by 170 calories one day. It shouldn't have much impact on your loss.0

170 calories? No, you shouldn't feel guilty. If you have the app (rather than just the website), take a look at your weekly overview. That is what you should be tracking. Some days are better than others, and as long as you are HONESTLY staying in your calorie goals the majority of the time, then your weekly numbers should come in where you need them to be.0

What every one else is saying, plus, at 170 calories, I suspect you are still at a deficit. Unless you're running a razor thin margin for your loss, it won't have any effect. As long as you typically and consistently meet your goals, a few overages here and there won't hurt you.0
