What is my activity level?
I run on average 12 miles a day, 5 days a week ... with an average running log of 50-60 miles a week ... would I be extremely active? moderately active? or just active? It's all very confusing.

Recently my mom recommended that I see a nutritionist just to make sure that I am eating properly with all the running I do (I run around 11-13 miles a day, 5 days a week) ... has anyone else gone to see a nutritionist? if so what was your experience? was it helpful?

What the heck?!
I don't get it three weeks ago my scale said I weighed 143.6, then two weeks ago it was 145.8, last week it was 141.2, and this week it is 144.2. My eating habits haven't changed I'm not going way above or below my calories - its total craziness! What the heck is going on?
