In August 2011 I decided to lose weight and get back in shape for my daughter. I started to run again and since that time I have lost 40 lbs. and have become an avid, competitive runner. Below are my before and after shots from the same race from March 2011 and March 2012.

    An Astros fan!!! You don't see many of those these days...maybe for good reason. Great job on getting into shape. I used to run a lot before I had my son but I gained so much weight during pregnancy that I became really out of shape. I can't wait to get back to where I was and better!
