Made my pants fit again
A pair of pants that have been to small forever...fit for a second..then became way to big. Would not sit on my waist at all. So today I thought why not move the button over. The idea worked and now I have another pair of pants for work again. These pants also keep me motivated. I don't want to have to move the button back.

Lactose intolerant -- TMI
Thursday I had a fish sandwich from Mcdonalds. I took off the cheese because I know I can't eat it. But left the tartar sauce on. Friday morning: tummy cramps, diarreha and vomiting.
