Did my first boot camp class yesterday....

and I am sore! And I am LOVING that fact that I am sore. Not so sore I can't move but sore enough to know that I did some good work yesterday. I was really scared to go to this class. Cause the last time I saw a trainer like this.. I could barely move for 3 days after I hurt so bad. I know when I work out..soreness is to expected but not to the degree. If I can't move for days after then I think that is just to much.

So now I do another class on Friday. Going back to give it my all.

    Good job! Don't forget to cool down and stretch properly + drink a protein shake after the workout so it helps with the soreness. You go girl!
