Made my pants fit again

A pair of pants that have been to small forever...fit for a second..then became way to big. Would not sit on my waist at all. So today I thought why not move the button over. The idea worked and now I have another pair of pants for work again.

These pants also keep me motivated. I don't want to have to move the button back.

I should alter my pants to do this. o: I have big hips, so pants never fit at the waist. I bet I could tighten them this way without having them bunch up like they do with a belt.
