Today's dinner - packed for work

Since I eat dinner at work 5 days a week. I have been packing my meals. Also I am trying to use up what I can here.

So today I did:

1. kiwi
2. 1/3 cup of blueberries (all I had left)
3. 1/2 cup of red beans
4. 1 tablespoon of onion
5. 1 serving of boca crumbles

Will mix boca crumbles, red beans and onion together.

I would add more but right now my tummy is not the best from the dairy and overeating yesterday.

If I need a snack I will get some salt free cashews. I really like them without the salt
