I am 37 years old, I weigh around 128lbs. I'm 5'2 and my intake goal is around 1270 but that is hard to manage. I lift weights 4x a week and cardio mixed in 3 days a week. Weightloss while weight lifting. ..women.
I have lost almost 10 pounds. I am 5'2 and consume around 1300 calories. I lift weights 4x a week. I do cardio 2-3x a week. My question is, would I still lose weight if I consumed more calories but kept lifting heavy, or does it sound like I'm doing it right?

How to use a food scale to log food.
This may seem like a dumb question, but how can I input what I weigh out. I tried entering in something that was oz. I put in okay 10 0z. And it claimed 1440 calories and that can't be right. So I am a bit confused on how I use it now that I have the scale finally.
