Hi, I am doing cardio and weight lifting 5x a week

I am 35 years old, mother of 3. I had 2 c-sections, and when I saw what those pregnancies did to my stomach , I gave up. I just wore baggier clothes, and didn't watch what I ate.
Well as the years went by, My stomach just grew bigger, I look like I am pregnant but thanks to my small frame No one would believe what I was hiding under my shirt.
I don't wear bathing suits, so I gave up my love of the beach and water. My thighs started to grow to and now I can't stand to wear jeans. They feel like they are suffocating me.
They cut into my bloated stomach, and restricting on my thighs.
I resorted to running shorts for my everyday attire. I work in the medical field, so thank goodness for medical Scrubs, they are loose all over.
I am working hard on staying active.. I usually do interval jogging over a mile to warm up before i workout, Then I do various circuit training with different size hand weights and kettle bell.
I am using body weight workouts as well, such as Squats and Mountain climbers.
I am on my 3rd week so far. I am struggling with food!!! Not eating enough! It's affecting my workouts and now I am not putting in 100%.
Any women who are around 35 years old who wants to share their experiences with me send a friends request, and feel free to share your food journal too.
