I am slowly losing... I started at 145lbs back in November 2016. My weightloss has slowed down since January. I was 132 in January and im now close to 128. Muscle definition is there. Stubborn fat indeed.

I know mine isn't a huge amount of weight loss and I am still in the middle of losing weight. Here is my secret. Give up all drinks but water and coffee... no sugar added to coffee. I preform heart catherizations for a living and heart disease affects all types, from super healthy, to young. Then I've witness 90 year old patients with coronary of a child. The heart is amazing.

I bought one 3 months ago. I feel it is really helping me shed weight. I use it about 3-4x a week and with eating below my recommend calories and weight lifting I've lost closer to 11 lbs so far.

Not a recipe, but Aldi sells protein bars, 2 net carbs. 150 calories each they are yummy Elevation bars great flavors too.

Same story for me. I lift weights, I do cardio some days, I go for quick walks at work, I drink water and coffee only. I count calories, I'm down 10lbs but it had only been 90 days for me.

If I go by these pictures I'm between 30-39% body fat, my weight gurus scale states I'm 28.5% I am 5'2, SW 145 CW 135 GW 115. I LIFT weights, I use elliptical, I go on walks, I count calories. It's a slow process but do-able

I think 1100 may be too little for your size, try 1300. I'm lifting as well and trying to lose weight, I'm only down 7lbs.
