Week 10!
I have lost 12lbs! It doesn't seem a lot to some people but to me it's better than having lost nothing. I'm back to the weight i was when I was in high school. More people have been telling me I look different or I look better than I did a few months ago. I'm so happy & excited! My bf's birthday is July 6th & I can't wait…

Hi Guys, I'm new here but I'm old to trying to portion control. I'm a horrible repeat offender of quitting diets. I just need sum positive motivation. I do zumba & play handball but I love food & especially on the weekends when I go out to eat & drink with friends. I need help.

Everyday question: What to eat today?
I'm trying to find something filling & healthy but I work all day in Long Island City and there isn't very many healthy choices. Is there anyone out there that is in my same predicament?
