THANK GOD FOR APPLES!
I just finished P90X Plyometrics and I'm sitting here sinking my teeth into this red delicious apple and I realize how awesome apples are. They are really good for you (both vitamins and fiber) and they rehydrate you with the juices while being one of the most delicious flavors ever. CAN I GET A HELL YEAH FOR APPLES?!?!
