NOTE: THIS POST IS PART VENTING, PART REQUESTING HELP AND PART SUCCESS STORY.

Lately I've been on basically a zero exercise routine except for a 2.5 mile run on Saturdays. I feel like a bum, please yell at me and whip me into shape :)

Haha. I'm trying to get back on the 5 a.m. cardio routine I was on until about a month ago when I switched to after-school workouts. The after school workouts lead to "only Saturdays" and I gotta get back on track before "only Saturdays" turns to "I don't feel like it." Maybe there is some merit to the whole "morning exercisers stick to it more often" idea.

Another note: I have lost over 30 pounds and got to finally buy smaller clothes for the first time ever last weekend. I went from pants size 42-32 to 38-34 and from shirt size XXL to XL. Also, weirdly, my shoe size is now 13 instead of 15 (i don't get it).

Alright, I'm done venting about my laziness problem.

    yeah, my shoe size went down (i didn't think my feet were fat?)

    but GET YOUR AR$E INTO GEAR AND STEP UP, You can get down to a L instead of an XL, you can!

    Haha, you're shoe size went down too?! That seems so weird. I'm gonna get up tomorrow morning and get back on track. I had my vacation.
