P90x/insanity asylum
Hey guys. I've done a couple of rounds of insanity, now I'm doing a p90x insanity hybrid. However, I'm thinking about switching to insanity asylum/p90x instead. Does the asylum offer the same level of HIIT and cardio that the max interval insanity workouts do? Would this be a good switch?

Cold and sleepy after eating
After nearly every time I eat I get extremely cold and sleepy. Does this happen to anyone else, or does anybody know possible explanations for this?

Early morning workout/eating before bed
I currently work out at about 6:30 in the mornings. I do not eat anything before, but take a pre workout drink mix instead. I was just curious, would eating carbs before I went to bed be helpful for an early workout? Or is that a bad idea?

Cheat weekend
I'm 5'9 150 pounds and exercise 6 times a week. I've been eating at a deficit for at least the last month.
